It's within walking distance to everything downtown and the Superdome. Magazine Street, a six-mile stretch of boutique shops, cafes, art galleries, and restaurants, is very close by. Other nearby attractions include The National WWII Museum (one mile away), Jackson Square (5 minutes by car), Audubon Aquarium, Garden District (7 minutes away), Audubon Park (10-minute drive), Frenchmen Street (10 minutes by car), Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (7 minutes away). Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. To help keep everyone comfortable in the building, especially neighbors below, please avoid running or stomping indoors and keep noise at a respectful level. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed.
