Guests have access to shared community amenities including a community swimming pool, pickleball court, ping pong table, cornhole area, lounge seating and gathering spaces, and walking paths throughout the community. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee.
