Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway, and propane for the grills is provided by guests. Please note that indoor parking is not available as the garage has been converted into a game room. Located in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside offers first-class amenities just a short walk from the clubhouse. The resort features a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The villa is conveniently located off State Road 192 and US 27, near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World and other famous Orlando attractions. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs not approved in writing will incur a fee of up to $300. The villa is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy inside or outside the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise during this time should be minimized. The property can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines up to $300 or termination of the reservation without refund. The villa offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi available throughout the property. A laptop computer is not included.
