The cooling and heating system is equipped with humidifier control for additional comfort, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each use. Extra bedding sheets for an air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. If approved to bring a pet, a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per unregistered guest per night. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Please do not park any car on the street after 9 p.m., with a maximum of four standard-size cars allowed on the premises. The outside front and back of the house are equipped with cameras for added security, while not intruding on guests' privacy inside the home.
