Relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa and a 50" smart TV with Netflix. The full-size 4-piece bathroom includes towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. A pre-arrival form, ID verification, and agreement may be required before check-in. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost, and failure to sort waste will result in a CAD 100 fee.
