Additionally, a sunroom off the kitchen boasts an overhead fan, screened windows, and a large dining table for up to 8. The home includes three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a full trundle bed with a twin bed underneath, while the other has a comfortable queen bed. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king bed, along with a desk and chair for added convenience. The basement offers additional space with a full pull-out couch and another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also includes a large dining room for up to 8 and offers gaming options with an old-school Nintendo 64 and a Mortal Kombat arcade game. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Hot Tub House Rules: Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine is $250. Use beach towels only, no bath towels. Max Occupancy is 7. No kids allowed without adult supervision. No Diving or Jumping. No Food or Drinks in the Hot Tub. No glass around the hot tub. Keep it clean. Respect Neighbors by keeping noise levels down. No Smoking while in the hot tub. Turn Off Jets After Use.
