No expense has been spared in making this 1150 square foot condo as luxe as possible. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your family to whip up something special. There will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. Linen service is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay, which includes linens for all beds in the home, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. You will want to bring pool/beach towels and any other linens you will need for the stay if you decide not to purchase linen service. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony, you will be only 1.5 miles from the Surfside beaches and nearby local attractions. For an adventurous stay, rent a gas-powered golf cart and you can access the beaches in Surfside, as well as some restaurants and shopping, all via golf cart. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Please be informed that routine pest control treatment may be scheduled during your stay, typically occurring on the 4th Thursday of each month. The pest control technician, who is fully licensed and insured, will need access to your unit to perform the service and will knock before entering. A fine may be applied if entry is refused. [SI]
