The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings and skylights, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Upstairs, the loft area offers a second, larger bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and another private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A deep cleaning fee of $200 applies, which does not include linen service. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths can be provided for an additional fee of $50 for your stay. Routine pest control treatment is scheduled during your stay and requires access to your unit. This service typically occurs on the 4th Thursday of each month. A fine may be applied by the HOA if entry is refused. Must be 25 or older to book. No smoking is permitted. Checkout is at 10 AM. Pool hours are 9 am-10 pm. No glass or pets in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian.
