The property features 9 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests, making it perfect for family reunions or multi-family vacations. Welcome to your ultimate mountain retreat at Black Bear Drive, where comfort, space, and serenity blend seamlessly. Enjoy cozy indoor living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and ample outdoor space to relax and reconnect with nature. The cabin includes a game room with ping pong and pool table, corn hole and horseshoes pits, board and card games, outdoor patio and dining, BBQ grill, and a fully stocked kitchen. Family and dog-friendly, the cabin also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 10 cars. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Located in scenic Mars Hill, North Carolina, this cabin offers shared access to nearby hiking trails and year-round activities. Nearby attractions include Hatley Pointe Ski Resort, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre, Bailey Mountain Bike Park, Big Bald, and the Appalachian Trail at Sams Gap.
