The community offers world-class resort amenities including a sprawling pool, winding lazy river, exciting water slides, a separate splash pool for little ones, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and a large clubhouse with arcades, a bar and lounge, and more. Easily accessible via State Road 192, US-27, and I-4, the resort is only 10 miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s other iconic destinations. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
