Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines. Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
