Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community of Kissimmee, the home sits just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. The quiet, family-friendly setting provides easy access to Orlando’s top attractions while offering a peaceful retreat to return to. Discover Windsor at Westside, a vibrant community offering an unforgettable family getaway. The area is filled with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Easily accessible via State Road 192, US-27, and I-4, the resort is only 10 miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s other iconic destinations. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines. Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. The community water park and clubhouse amenities are free for guests. The driveway can fit up to three vehicles parked side by side. The garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
