Feel at home in this centrally located cottage in downtown Hampton Beach, just one block from the ocean. This private cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom. This cottage, less than 500 feet from the beach, features a full kitchen and a private porch. Parking is available for 2 normal or smaller-sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle, you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk, or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. Located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, The Seahorse is less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you'll find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is directly across the street. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Please treat this home like your own and be courteous to other folks. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay. No pets are allowed on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.) to maintain cleanliness.
