For additional vehicles or larger ones, alternative paid parking lots around the boardwalk or free overnight parking at the Hampton Park & Ride are available. The Sand Bar is ideally situated on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd. You'll be steps away from shops, beaches, parks, restaurants, and entertainment. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Events are also prohibited. Guests are expected to treat the home with care and be mindful of other residents. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday; guests should ensure trash is in designated bins and moved out near the road.
