The second floor is the heart of the home, with a dining area seating 10 plus two additional seats, and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and a spa-worthy ensuite bathroom with a massive walk-in shower and dual vanities. The immaculate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler, and it flows seamlessly into the living space which features a large Smart TV and a cozy fireplace. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a stand-up shower. The third floor includes a full shared bathroom, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a cozy couch, and a large TV. Bedroom 4 has a King bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and an oversized bathtub. You'll be just a short walk (less than half a mile) from the gated beach access exclusive to the community. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present.
