A car is necessary for exploring the peninsula, as attractions are spread out along Highway 87. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests should drive slowly through the gated community and park only in designated areas. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Do not enter the attic or any locked closets. The cargo lift may only be used after paying the $75 access fee and is for luggage and groceries only; passengers are never permitted. Children must be supervised near the canal, balconies, stairs, cargo lift, and downstairs entertainment area. The downstairs roll-up doors must be fully closed and secured every night and whenever the home is left unattended.
