Resort amenities include both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a modern fitness center, and a soothing sauna, everything you need to relax and recharge. Free parking space is available at the property for a maximum of 2 cars. Parking is available in front of the building and in a parking garage located on Cassandra Lane. Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room to access the parking garage. Whether you're planning a romantic escape, a solo recharge, or a fun family vacation, this oceanfront getaway at Bluewater Resort promises warmth, ease, and unforgettable coastal memories. Local attractions include Myrtle Beach State Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum, and the Art Museum of Myrtle Beach. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Wednesday for Tower floors 2nd to 9th and on the 3rd Wednesday for Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. This is mandatory to ensure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets allowed. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied.
