This property does not include on-site parking, but several paid options are nearby. Premium Parking P346 is a 2-minute walk and typically costs $30–35 per night. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. You will be literally minutes away from the French Quarter. Located in the NOLA Central Business District, on the corner of Common St. and Magazine St., you can walk to Bourbon in just a few minutes. You're also a short drive from Caesar’s Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic New Orleans eateries. Enjoy convenient access to Mardi Gras parade routes and year-round festivals. The rooftop is under construction. The building is located on a lively downtown street, and the noise from the city may be disturbing in the evenings. We may use video surveillance in public areas for your safety. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violators. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Includes Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and remote work needs. Bright natural light from skylight throughout the unit enhances your work-from-home experience.
