We provide towels. Located adjacent to the 600+ acre Hart Creek Conservation area, this farmhouse is a haven for nature lovers and those seeking a slower pace of life. The property's proximity to local amenities and attractions adds convenience to its idyllic setting. Whether you're looking for a place to gather family and friends or a quiet weekend getaway, this 1906 Farmhouse is the perfect place. The Farmhouse is about a mile from Hartsburg where guests can enjoy The Hitching Post, a cherished local bar, or The Burg, a restaurant and live music venue open Thursday through Saturday, and about 5 miles from Ashland, home of the Dandy Lion Internet cafe, restaurant and coffee shop, Moser’s Grocery, and several great restaurants. Guests have keyless access to the entire Farmhouse. There are an additional two rental cabins situated on the 170-acre property, so Farmhouse guests may encounter cabin guests during hikes on the property. During the winter months, when leaves have dropped, one of the other cabins is visible from the back deck. No smoking and absolutely no parties. Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee and agreement to the pet policy. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fee. Unauthorized late checkouts will be billed at $25 per hour in hourly increments. Be respectful of our housekeeper's time and be sure to checkout on time.
