Located in a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, just 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
