Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays.
