This spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. To enhance your stay, a variety of optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). This apartment has a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hour late fee). Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
