This spacious house boasts a private pool, themed bedrooms, two living areas, four bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a free washer/dryer. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in the beautiful, gated Bella Vida Resort, this home is just minutes away from Orlando's most popular attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The community itself is filled with lush greenery and boasts a stunning lake with a walking trail that's perfect for an afternoon stroll. The resort offers a wide range of amenities for its guests, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, and swimming pool. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to two vehicles in the garage. Street parking is prohibited. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the trusted partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. [SI]
