No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Please note that all pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by our partner. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, and we take proactive measures to manage this. Please keep all windows and doors closed to help keep them outside.
