Smoking is not allowed in the premises and will incur a minimum fee of $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours span from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
