The expansive deck, accessed from the second floor, features patio furniture and a small propane grill. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. A third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The lower level includes a recreation room with a new pool table and a wood stove, a half bathroom, and a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Located in a quiet suburb on the west side of Port Angeles, this home is a short 15-minute drive to Salt Creek Recreation Area, offering sandy beaches, picnics, kayaking, and tidepooling. It's less than 30 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and kayaking, and approximately 40 minutes from Olympic National Park. The Olympic Discovery Trail is about 18 minutes away, perfect for biking, horseback riding, or walking. No pets, no smoking, and no fireworks or events are allowed. Smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property. Renters who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed a $300 smoke removal fee. Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Arrival and entry information will be emailed 1-2 days before your arrival. Internet connection may be weak at times in rural areas, and refunds will not be issued for lack of internet. The landlord is unable to guarantee the reliability or performance of the internet. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 additional cleaning fee and you are subject to immediate eviction.
