It includes a comfortable memory foam mattress bed, a dedicated workspace, a 60” Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with Shaker-style birch cabinets, tile floors, granite countertops, and full-size Energy Star GE stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. The apartment also features an in-unit washer and dryer, a full-size gym, and a lounge area. Parking is free for monthly stays. Otherwise, it is charged at $45 per day with in and out privileges. The property features a fitness center, business center, club room with video conference and caterers’ kitchen, meeting rooms with a 58" LCD screen and surround sound, an elevator, a mezzanine terrace with a garden, a garden with Wi-Fi, and a beautiful lobby with museum art. The building is constructed with sensitivity to energy consumption and environmental issues, including natural ventilation and extensive natural light. This penthouse is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from Kendall/MIT, Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center & MGH, Boston Medical Center, and Tufts Medical Center. Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. Smoking or partying violations will incur a $500 fee. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID. The maximum guest capacity is 3 for a one-bedroom, 5 for a two-bedroom, and 7 for a three-bedroom unless agreed upon before check-in. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave, and do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment. Smoking violations will constitute a lease violation and a $1000 fee. Includes a dedicated workspace with a work desk, lamp, and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. A laptop computer is not included.
