The house accepts only 30+ days rentals. Welcome to your home away from home! This Waxahachie home is located in the prized neighborhood of Windchase, conveniently located minutes from attractions. Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen and upgraded spa-like bathrooms, it also has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage or on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests at $29 per night per additional guest. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Conveniently located a stone's throw from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Waxahachie is a vibrant, authentic small town Texas community. Known as the “Crape Myrtle Capital of Texas," each summer, the city’s historic streets are lined with hundreds of beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom, celebrated by the Crape Myrtle Festival in July. Highlights include Railyard Park with an amphitheater and sensory music garden, Ellis County Courthouse, and Ellis County African American Hall of Fame. For those interested in exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, attractions include Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center and Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood burning and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and use is only allowed with previously arranged, written approval. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
