This unit is not pet-friendly, and non-approved pets will be subject to a $1000 fine. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, and a $250 fine will be charged for noise complaints. Check-out time is 11 AM, with a $250 fee for late check-out after 11:15 AM.
