Located in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine, this home is only a short 5-minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Vilano Beach, one of St. Augustine's most popular beaches, is also only a few minutes' drive away. The best way to explore St. Augustine is by car, with free parking included with your stay. Rent bikes from local vendors to enjoy the Florida weather while seeing the city, or use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft. Once in the city center, many attractions are within walking distance, and the Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled.
