This home boasts two living rooms, one on each floor, each with a cozy fireplace and a smart TV. The game room has a foosball table, a pool table, and games. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and essentials you would need. It features a kitchen island, a small dining room table, and additional bar seating. All bedrooms have smart TVs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a great patio, and a small front and backyard for you to enjoy. There is also a room to store your gear. An EV charger (240V, Level 2) is available on site. Pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Brian Head, Utah, is a scenic mountain town known for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and year-round outdoor adventures. Nestled at 9,600 feet, it boasts the highest ski resort base in Utah, offering stunning alpine views, excellent trails, and a charming small-town atmosphere. Whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or hiking and mountain biking in summer, Brian Head is the perfect getaway for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Please note that you will need a 4WD or AWD car in the winter to access this home. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Moving furniture is not allowed.
