Once inside, you'll see the living room with a large SmartTV, two queen sleeper sofas and additional seating. The dining room features a large table with bench seating with extra chairs off the fully equipped kitchen so everyone can enjoy a meal together! You'll have plenty of space to get a good night's sleep on one of the beds in the five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds and the second bedroom has two full beds. The remaining three bedrooms have king beds. All bedrooms have closets for personal belongings. There are 3 full shared bathrooms in this home. The rooms in the back of the home are connected, meaning you pass through one room to enter the next. Don't forget to check out the backyard which features a charcoal BBQ grill and swing set for kids! A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, this home is 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus and less than 5 minutes to Lake Bottom Park, 10 minutes to the Botanical Gardens, Coca-Cola Space Science Center, and 15 minutes to Fort Moore. Driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. The driveway can fit 3 cars. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
