This is a quiet, residential home intended for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home, with a $200 per day smoking fee charged for violations. Guests are responsible for basic tasks such as trash removal during their stay. A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. Please remove shoes if they are soiled. Only flush toilet paper in the toilets. No unregistered guests are allowed.
