Upstairs, the queen-size bedroom leads to a full bath, and via a spiral staircase, to the third-floor loft with a trundle bed (full and twin), TV, and desk. Downstairs, the lower level includes a half bath, a desk area, and additional seating—ideal for work or relaxation. On-site rental parking and coin-operated laundry are available for added convenience. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building for $15 per night. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For any stays 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Much of Harvard University’s student housing is located in Riverside. Riverside is also home to some of Harvard’s academic facilities and the primary academic and administrative facility for Cambridge College. Living in Riverside offers residents a dense urban feel with a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Riverside and residents tend to be liberal. The public schools in Riverside are highly rated. The apartment is 0.3 miles to the Red Line and boasts a 91/100 walk score. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Includes a desk area on the lower level, ideal for work or relaxation. A laptop computer is not included.
