Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to provide serene retreats after long days at the beach. The primary bedroom, a generous 100 sq. ft., boasts soothing blue hues and ample natural light, creating a peaceful oasis. The second bedroom, with its nautical theme and cozy twin beds, is ideal for guests or children. The bathroom is a vision of coastal elegance, featuring a clean, crisp design with modern fixtures and subtle beach-inspired accents. Throughout the cottage, you'll find delightful touches that bring the beach indoors, from the surfboard wall art to the fishnet decorations and starfish pillows. The light wood flooring throughout adds warmth and ties the coastal theme together beautifully. Energy-efficient ceiling fans and plenty of windows ensure the space stays cool and breezy, embodying the laid-back beach lifestyle. Grill, dine, or just enjoy summer stars from your private back deck, which features a large gas grill and dining table that comfortably seats six. For family-friendly homes, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge as availability permits. Located in the heart of Hampton, this property puts you just moments away from pristine beaches, local attractions, and the vibrant community. Hampton Beach is the perfect place for families and friends to create enduring memories. Few beaches rival Hampton for the sheer number and variety of amusements. Hampton is top three nationwide for water quality. The waves are tame enough for toddlers, yet energetic enough for teens to boogie board. After a fun-filled beach day, Hampton Beach nightlife exudes enthusiasm with fireworks, free concerts, free movies, and headline acts. The Boardwalk is lined with all of the amusements for a classic beach vacation. Clean, energetic, and gorgeous, Hampton Beach is ideal for family-friendly fun! Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time. These are cause for eviction with no refund. If any damage impacts our ability to offer the home for future guests, you will be held liable. Blue Chill offers two tandem spots in the driveway along the left side of the house. Regrettably, Blue Chill does not host furry family members, as it is strictly no pets. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please follow all parking instructions and only use those spaces allotted to Blue Chill. A starter pack of coffee, cleaning supplies, and hand soap is provided. Please bring extra paper products, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, toiletries, food, beverages, and any other essentials to make your vacation enjoyable. Blue Chill is considered mobility friendly because it meets the following criteria: one-floor living is possible with at least one bedroom and one full bath on the main living level, few stairs (six or less) to enter the main living level, and easy access bathing with either a walk-in shower or grab bar to assist with entering a tub/shower combination.
