This apartment features a spacious living room with sliding doors leading to the balcony and a kitchenette with all essentials. Enjoy access to the outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, and whirlpool. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included. Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 1 car. Additional towels are available for $35 and must be requested before 5:00 PM. Upgraded internet is available. This centrally located apartment is close to a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center. You'll also be within a short walk to the famous boardwalk, Starbucks, McDonald's, and River City Restaurant. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Pets are not allowed and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the apartment later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. The city is currently working on the ocean pipes, which may result in noise at certain times. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
