Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Form and House Terms and Lease within 24 hours of booking, including a government ID. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age and physically staying at the property, responsible for all guests. A house guidebook and manual will be provided electronically. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house, making it easy to keep in touch while on vacation. Guidebooks for Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and hiking are provided, along with board games for all ages.
