It features a spacious living area, well equipped with modern technologies and cozy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace make it suitable for leisure and remote work getaways. You can also enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps installed. An emotional support animal may incur a pet fee. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
