All 8 bedrooms feature smart TVs, comfy beds, fluffy towels, and fresh linens. Onsite parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Pool and hot tub heating is available for an additional fee of $35/night per service or $60/night for both, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A Pack 'N Play Crib and a highchair are available for one-time fees of $40 each. Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for $55. Located at the Bella Vida Resort, just 5 miles from Walt Disney World off US192 in Kissimmee, this home is a short drive away from theme parks, water parks, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including a large community pool and sundeck, sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of lakes. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed.
