Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. A beach neighborhood within Boston, Savin Hill has a significant concentration of attractive historic houses. Savin Hill Beach is one of three public beaches comprising the Dorchester Shores Reservation, and was designed by the famous Olmsted Brothers landscape firm. 247 Savin Hill Avenue has some transit which means a few nearby public transportation options, including the Red Line 0.4 miles away, and the Providence/Stoughton, Franklin/Foxboro, and Fairmount Lines 1.3 miles away. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. Please be respectful of next-door neighbors and the neighborhood. This is a great place for large families or groups, but not the place to be loud or have parties. It would be appreciated if shoes could be removed to make it quieter for people who live below.
