Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a double-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties or gatherings, no loud music, and no smoking are allowed. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
