Enjoy four levels of living space designed for privacy, productivity, and relaxation. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. On the second floor, you'll find a queen-sized bedroom and a full bathroom. The third floor offers a versatile loft-style space with a trundle bed, desk, and 50” flat-screen TV, accessible via the second-floor bedroom. The lower level features a finished basement with a half bath, desk/workspace, and an additional futon that turns into a bed. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building for $15 per night, and it must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night.
