Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $500. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash.
