The bathroom includes a sink, a shower, and a restroom. You will get clean linens and towels. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall. Each bedroom is furnished with a closet, heat/air conditioning, a computer desk, and windows. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $500. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Q line subway station on 2nd Avenue and from the 4, 5, and 6 subway stations (77th or 86th and Lexington Avenue), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops, and grocery stores. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight.
