This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee, and approved pets incur a fee found in the listing. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets.
