The second bedroom features a queen bed, another original marble fireplace, and ample closet space. Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is highlighted by a king bed, a large armoire, an original marble fireplace, and a smart TV. The other bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a charming nook. Free on-site parking is available for 3 cars and a gas grill is provided. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $150 for a maximum of 2 dogs, with requests for additional dogs subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with termination of reservation and no refund for violations. Unauthorized gatherings will incur additional cleaning and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
