The second floor offers bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 queen bed, along with a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a full Jack & Jill style bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower combo. The third floor contains two bedrooms, each with a king bed, and a full hall bathroom with a stall shower. A queen-size sleeper sofa is also available in the living room on the third floor. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning.
