Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the team needs to know 24 hours before you would like the pool to be heated. The hot tub will take about an hour to heat up, and once started, it will run for three hours and then turn off automatically for 15 minutes for safety purposes. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. Units 6 & 7 each have 1 covered parking spot, and all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearby attractions include The Pole Barn at The Vineyard (0.5 mile), Swordstone Disc Golf Club (0.2 mile), Epic Cellars (0.6 mile), El Gaucho Winery (0.9 mile), Pedernales Golf Course (3.6 miles), 123 Boat Rentals (4 miles), The Lighthouse Restaurant & Lounge (4.2 miles), and Rough Hollow Sports Complex (9 miles). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules and provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation.
