If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pets enter them as well. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable during quiet hours. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. Cameras are throughout the complex for your safety, and fines apply if tampered with. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if not returned to the lockbox. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
