Parking is available right in front of the townhome. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, which is non-refundable. Each vehicle requires its own access card, and a maximum of six vehicles are allowed per property. Guests can pre-pay for their access cards ahead of their visit, with the cards ready upon arrival at the Gatehouse. Located just inside the main entrance gate to the resort, this townhome is one of the closest to the main clubhouse and pool area. Enjoy full access to all resort amenities, including a gym, sauna, heated pool, and outdoor spa. The resort is conveniently located near HWY 192, providing easy access to Disney, Margaritaville Resort, Promenade Sunset Walk Shopping Complex, and Islands H20 Water Park. Nearby conveniences include Walmart, CVS, Publix Supermarket, and various dining options within a 5-10 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is just 30 minutes away. The thermostat is set to 74 degrees with a locked cover, and access to adjust the temperature is not available. There is a camera outside by the front door, but no cameras are in the living space area. The resort allows Uber, Lyft, and other ride-sharing companies to pick up at the resort, providing convenience for guests without a vehicle. Smart Home Technology is integrated throughout the townhome, and free Wi-Fi is available for all your remote work needs. Wall-mounted power outlet connectors with USB charging ports are located throughout the home and in all bedrooms for quick and easy charging of devices.
