Note that by booking this reservation, you agree to pay the Emerald Island resort fee of $20 per vehicle, which is paid to the resort upon check-in (credit/debit/Apple Pay only). Resort fees are non-refundable. Set in a gated and guarded community surrounded by a conservation area, this townhouse places you close to Disney and within easy reach of nearby attractions, dining, and entertainment. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything Orlando has to offer. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
