Outside, enjoy a private heated pool, putting green, corn hole, and a gas grill. Small events may be approved for an additional fee. An additional security deposit is required for wedding groups and bachelor/bachelorette parties. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am, and any noise violations may result in heavy fees from the city. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Security cameras are installed at the front door and above the garage, and tampering with them may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees. Guests are liable for any property damage during their stay, and the home is not child-proofed. Checkout procedures must be followed to avoid additional cleaning fees. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi and smart TVs available throughout the home.
