Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. All events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee. Proof of event liability insurance is required. If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No exceptions. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour.
